Sensory analysis - Expert witness for the judgement of conformity with foodlaw
Abstract
The standard specifies a method for the product decription, and in consequence of this, for the decision whether the foodsample is in conformity with foodlaw. The method may be used also in other fields than the official food control in order to assess and to judge about the sensory quality of food samples.
