Joint committee of DIN and DGF for the analysis of fats, oils and products thereof, related and primary products
The working committee is responsible for the standardization and harmonization of methods for sampling and analysis of oilseeds, animal and vegetable fats and oils and their by-products. This includes physical, physical-chemical, chemical and biochemical methods. The working committee represents the German interests at the European and International bodies.
