Overview
This standard specifies requirements for the determination of the dry matter content of liquid coffee extracts using the sea sand method and can be applied to liquid to paste-like coffee extracts. The method is intended as a routine procedure. This standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 057-05-09 AA "Kaffee" ("Coffee") at DIN Standards Committee Food and Agricultural Products (NAL).
