Overview

This technical standard is part of a series of standards for determining the energy consumption of commercial kitchen appliances. This part establishes equipment-specific requirements for determining the energy consumption of multifunctional cooking devices. The purpose of this standard is to enable purchasers of commercial kitchen appliances to select the most cost-effective appliance for their needs. Committee NA 040-05-02 AA "Großküchengeräte" ("Equipment for commercial kitchens") at DIN is responsible for this standard.
