This document specifies requirements for the structural and procedural organization of a construction project during the construction phase of a building. This document provides an overview of the required process steps and the respective competencies. This document serves as a basis for consistent terminology across organizations by identifying and describing clearly defined, practical process steps and competencies. This DIN SPEC has been prepared according to the PAS procedure. The development of a DIN SPEC according to the PAS procedure is carried out in DIN-SPEC-consortiums and does not require the participation of all stakeholders.
