DIN Standards Committee Materials Testing

Overview

This document specifies the rectangular brick formats with a length of 250 mm and 375 mm that are preferred in German-speaking countries and some other European countries, as well as the rectangular brick formats with a length of 230 mm, 300 mm and 345 mm that are widely used internationally. The document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 062-02-57 AA "Ungeformte, dichte geformte und wärmedämmende feuerfeste Erzeugnisse und Werkstoffe" ("Unshaped, dense shaped and insulating refractory products and materials") at DIN Standards Committee Materials Testing (NMP).
