This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 062-07-63 AA "Radionuklidlaboratorien" ("Radionuclide laboratories") at the Materials Testing Standards Committee (NMP) at DIN. The supplement serves the simple detection of gamma and beta radiation attenuation by shielding during both set-up of individual workplaces and construction of laboratory rooms and functional special rooms in radioisotope laboratories.
