Abstract
This standard applies to methods for neutron fluence measurement in the irradiation of materials with fast neutrons, as typically performed in nuclear reactors. It specifies the principles for the use of activation and fission detectors to determine the fast neutron fluence and its uncertainty. This standard also applies, as appropriate, to activity samples taken from irradiated reactor materials for the determination of fast neutron fluence.
