Abstract
This document specifies requirements for the reliability and interoperability of digital data for non-destructive testing. This document is applicable to all inspection systems that generate, archive, display or analyze digital data. This document is not applicable to test systems that only provide a test result of the form OK / not OK without storing the underlying test data.
