Application specific preparation of building material test specimens for determining their photocatalytic activity
Abstract
This document specifies procedures for the application specific preparation of building material test specimens. Subsequently, tests for determining their photocatalytic activity are to be carried out on these test specimens. In order to be able to determine the photocatalytic activity of building material surfaces correctly, they must be converted to the state of use before the examination, since only this one reproduces the application. This procedure is not applicable to materials that are or have been in use or weathered.
