Chemical and microbiological aspects for footwear and footwear components

NA 062-05-72 AA “Chemical and Microbiological Aspects of Footwear and Footwear Components” develops chemical and microbiological testing standards as well as corresponding requirement standards for footwear, footwear components, and footwear adhesives. Relevant environmental aspects are taken into account in this process. It is responsible for developing the corresponding national standards and acts as a mirror committee to CEN/TC 309/WG 2 “Footwear and Environmental Aspects,” ISO/TC 216/WG 2 “Footwear and Environmental Aspects,” and ISO/TC 216/WG 5 “Footwear and Microbiological Aspects.”
