To establish standardized methods of test and requirements for the antimicrobial efficacy of chemical disinfectants and antiseptics intended to prevent the transmission of infection in the veterinary field. This include products used in the breeding, husbandry, production, veterinary care facilities, transport and disposal of all animals except when in the food chain following death and entry into processing industry. This change should be made in all WG2 Standards when they are next reviewed and included in the next revision of EN14885.
