Overview
This product standard contains requirements for dispensers for use in mass catering. Dispenser are intended for accommodation and transportation of dishes, baskets, or trays. The major focus is on requirements regarding safety, construction and operational mode as well as hygiene aspects. With this standard it is ensured that the customer acquires a dispenser which meets the requirements and demands existing in the field of mass catering. The committee responsible for this standard is NA 040-05-02 AA "Großküchengeräte" ("Equipment for commercial kitchens") at DIN.
