Overview
This standard gives recommendations for the design, construction, commissioning and operation of flow-around and/or flow-through piping and piping systems made of CuNi10Fe1,6Mn on ships and offshore installations in order to minimize damage due to corrosion. The causes of corrosion are considered and suitable countermeasures are described. The committee NA 132-02-05-01 AK "Rohrhalterungen" ("Piping support") at DIN is responsible for this standard.
