Automotive fuels - Blends of Fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) with diesel fuel - Determination of oxidation stability by rapidly accelerated oxidation method at 120 °C

Abstract

This European Standard specifies a method for the determination of oxidation stability of FAME-diesel-fuel-blends by rapidly accelerated oxidation method at 120 °C. It is planned to expand the scope and title of this test method to pure FAME as these products can be determined correctly. The method itself is not changed. In addition to adjusting the scope, the precision of the measurement method determined for B100 by an ILS must also be integrated into the existing standard.
