Bitumens and bituminous binders - Complementary Performance-related Specification Framework
Abstract
This document aims to define a framework of complementary product specifications for bituminous binders used for paving applications. This document, complementary to EN 12591, EN 13924-1, EN 13924-2 and EN 14023 but with no scope overlap, addresses a range of characteristics based on enhanced assessment methods to address the binder´s performance, especially when it comes to complex, modified binders.
