Terminology associated with advanced technical ceramics and testing of monolithic ceramics and powders
The German standardization committee NA 062-02-91 AA "Terminology of advanced technical ceramics and testing of monolithic ceramic materials and powders" deals with the development and maintenance of standards for the terminology and characterization of the mechanical, physical and structural properties of technically relevant advanced technical ceramic materials and ceramic powders. It mirrors, among others, the activities of CEN/TC 184 "Advanced technical ceramics" and the committees of ISO/TC 206 "Fine ceramics" with the working groups (WG) WG 1 "Terminology/Classification", WG 2 "Powders", WG 7 "Monolithic ceramics/Physical, mechanical and thermal properties", WG 8 "Joining" and WG 12 "Engineering applications and porous ceramics".
