Overview
This standard applies in conjunction with DIN 4003-1 and DIN 4000-210 for the 3D representation of stationary machine tools with or without NC/CNC control, which are used for machining workpieces with tools with defined and undefined cutting edges. The coordinate systems are aligned in accordance with DIN 4000-210. Machines are described in accordance with DIN 4000-210. This standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 121-07-02 AA "Aufbau von 3D-Modellen nach DIN 4000" ("Design of 3D models based on properties according to DIN 4000") at DIN Standards Committee Tools and Clamping Devices (FWS).
