DIN Standards Committee Firefighting and Fire Protection

Overview

This document specifies requirements for a tool-box for fire-brigades designed to hold hand tools frequently used in firefighting operations for working with wood, metal, and stone, as well as the tools needed to perform simple assembly tasks. The amendment to DIN 14881:2013-12 is intended to update the contents of the tool-box for fire-brigades. The amendment to the document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 031-04-09 AA "Sonstige Ausrüstung - SpA zu CEN/TC 192/WG 5" ("Other equipment - mirror committee of CEN/TC 192/WG 5") at DIN Standards Committee Firefighting and Fire Protection (FNFW).
