Overview
This series of documents 85005-4 lays down shape and meaning of graphical symbols in the technical documentation for scheme-drawings and plans such as general sketches and similar abstract descriptions for seagoing vessels, inland vessels, vessels of the Deutsche Marine (German Navy), national authorities as well as for offshore-units. The graphical symbols specified in DIN 85005-4 may be combined with the graphical symbols from the DIN 85005 series. The graphical symbols are in accordance with the rules of DIN EN ISO 81714 1. DIN 85005-4 lays down shape and meaning of graphical symbols for sounding pipes, air pipes and filling pipes.
