Overview
This standard specifies the requirements for shock resistance, vibration resistance, fire behavior, structure-borne noise level difference, and retention forces for fastening clamps according to VG 85375-1 and VG 85375-2 with a cork-rubber insert for insulated tubing. For the cork-rubber inserts, the Shore hardness, the operating temperatures, the compression set and the contact resistance are specified. Specifications for testing, verification and documentation are included.
