Abstract
This document applies to the possibility of chemical and biological protection of potable water on ships, stationary or floating marine structures and inland waterway vessels. Special hints to maintain potable water quality and for the protection against corrosion are taken into consideration. National and international regulations are taken into consideration. The document applies to the planning, design, opoeration and maintenance of potable water supply systems.
