Abstract
This series of standards lays down shape and meaning of graphical symbols in the technical documentation for scheme-drawings and plans such as general sketches and similar abstract descriptions for seagoing vessels, inland vessels, vessels of the Deutsche Marine (German Navy), national authorities as well as for offshore-units. This standard lays down shape and meaning of graphical symbols for Suction- and discharge sockets. The graphical symbols are in accordance with the rules of DIN EN ISO 81714-1.
