Electronic invoicing - Part 2: List of syntaxes that comply with EN 16931-1
Abstract
CEN/TS16931-2:2017 was drafted with a Business-to-Government (B2G) context in mind. The TS is referenced in Directive 2014/55/EU on Public Procurement. New legislation (ViDA - VAT in the Digital Age) mandates the use of EN16931-1 for Business-to-Business (B2B) e-invoicing. The syntaxes to be used therefore should be selected with criteria valid for B2B. CEN/TS16931-2 should be revised accordingly.
