Overview
This document specifies application-related requirements for factory-produced wood based panels in accordance with DIN EN 13986:2015-06 that are used in structures. While specifications regarding mechanical properties apply exclusively to load-bearing purposes, the remaining specifications apply to the use of wood based panels in load-bearing and non-load-bearing applications. The responsible national standardization committee is Working Committee NA 005-04-01 AA "Holzbau (SpA zu CEN/TC 124, CEN/TC 250/SC 5, ISO/TC 165)" ("Timber structures (national mirror committee for CEN/TC 124, CEN/TC 250/SC 5, ISO/TC 165)") at DIN Standards Committee Building and Civil Engineering (NABau).
