Overview
This document is applicable in connection with VG 95026-1 as well as with the documents of the VG 95001 and VG 96927 series. It contains additional rules for the designation of cable assemblies used in land vehicles, their equipment and accessories. Furthermore, this document specifies requirements for the designation of cable assemblies in diagrams. The aim of this document is to achieve consistent designation of cable assemblies. Working Committee NA 140-00-22 AA "Technische Dokumente und Maschinenelemente (NABw TD/Ma)" ("Technical documentation and machine elements (NABw TD/Ma)") at DIN Standards Committee Electrical Engineering (NE) is responsible for this document.
