Overview

This standard is applicable in conjunction with VG 95218-2 for single-core wires without shielding that are used as ultra-flexible wires. Cables conforming to this standard are subject to type testing. Requirements and provisions that are identical for the components specified are contained in generic specification VG 95218-2. This standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 140-00-05 AA "Kabel und Leitungen" ("Cables and wires") at DIN Standards Committee Electrical Engineering (NE).
