Overview
This standard is a product standard for connectors. Committee NA 140-00-14-01 UA "Steckverbinder und Steckvorrichtungen" ("Electrical connectors and plug-and-socket devices") at DIN Standards Committee Electrical Engineering (NE) is responsible for this standard. This standard is applicable in conjunction with VG 96923-1 and VG 96923-2 for 12-pin connectors without protective contact up to a maximum rated voltage of 24 V and solder connections. Components according to this standard are subject to approval; see VG 95211 for more information. Components according to this standard can be used at ambient temperatures from -40 °C to +85 °C.
