This standard is a detail standard for endpole connectors. Subcommittee NA 140-00-14-05 UA "Klemmen" ("Terminals") at DIN Standards Committee Electrical Engineering (NE) is responsible for this standard. Endpole connectors according to this standard are used for the connection of insulated wires to batteries with endpoles according to DIN EN 50342-2 (VDE 0510-21). Endpole connectors according to this standard are subject to approval according to VG 95211.
