Nuclear electromagnetic pulse (NEMP) and lightning protection - Design guidelines and protective devices - Part 2: Peculiarities for different applications; Text in German and English
Abstract
This document is applicable to transportable and mobile systems and equipment to be planned and developed for the Bundeswehr. The document defines design measures and protective devices for protection against the NEMP and lightning for special applications in addition to the general requirements according to VG 96907-1 and VG 95375, and, where applicable, deviating from the civil standards for the protection against lightning and lightning electromagnetic pulse (documents of the DIN EN IEC 62305 (VDE 0185-305) series). The document helps to implement the required protective measures resulting from an impact analysis according to VG 95374-2. It is thereby assumed that the measures necessary to ensure electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) are also considered.
