Technical documents - Reference to rights of use, particular case; Text in German and English
Abstract
This standard applies to technical documents the content of which is directly aimed at the manufacturing of materiel (items of supply, goods) for the Bundeswehr. The sets of drawings according to the series of standards VG 95001 are part of these documents. The author of such technical documents is usually protected against unauthorized use of these documents by proprietary rights (in respect of the technical content) and copyrights (in respect of the layout of the documents), competition law and contractual agreements. This also applies if a copyright marking according to DIN ISO 16016 has not been affixed to these documents. Examples of production-oriented technical documents (so-called production documents) are sets of drawings according to VG 95001-1 and reproduction documents pertaining to a reproduction license agreement. This standard equally applies to software and computer programs.
