Helmets for users of S-EPACs or other high speed cycles
Abstract
This document specifies requirements and test methods for helmets, intended to protect cyclists at sustained high-speed conditions, including riding with S-EPACs (also referred to as Speed Pedelec cycles). Helmets according to this document are designed to cover additional hazards while still covering the hazards addressed by EN 1078.
