Sleeping bags
The working committee NA 112-02-03 AA "Sleeping bags" of the Sports Equipment Standards Committee is responsible for the development of requirements for and testing of sleeping bags used in sports and leisure time activities. It defines requirements for fabrics, fillings and with regard to the manufactured article requirements for dimensions, dimensional characteristics, thermal properties, corresponding test methods and marking. Germany also holds the secretariat of the European working group CEN/TC 136/WG 11 "Sleeping bags" and nominates its convenor. Delegates of this committee represent the German interests in standardisation on European and international level.
