Overview
With the new edition of ISO 11806, an adjustment was made to new technical requirements of the market surveillance, such as requirements for throttle control. The contents of noise and vibration measurements have been adjusted to DIN EN ISO 22867 or DIN EN ISO 22868. The standard has been prepared by Working Group 6 "Manually portable forestry machinery" of CEN/TC 144 "Tractors and machinery for agriculture and forestry", the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR (France) and by Technical Committee ISO/TC 23/SC 17 "Manually portable forest machinery" (secretariat: SIS, Sweden). The committee responsible for this standard is NA 020-00-12 AA "Tragbare Forstmaschinen" ("Manually portable forest machinery") at DIN.
