Abstract
The Gigli saw is a bone saw made of braided steel wire; it consists of two handles and a wire guided between them that can be unhooked. It is used in medicine and veterinary medicine to cut through bone without damaging soft tissue (osteotomy). This document specifies the connection dimensions for the hook handles that are part of the Gigli saw.
