Overview

This standard is applicable for machine tool spindles with direct or indirect drive. It is intended to be used in optical processing machinery in connection with diamond-coated grinding tools. The purposes of this specification are uniform outside dimensions, independent of the internal structure, which allow for application with various optics processing machines.
