DIN Standards Committee Tools and Clamping Devices

Overview

This standard specifies properties for standardized and non-standardized reamers for replaceable inserts. These properties form the basis for communication, for instance between users and suppliers. A further aim is the categorization of these properties in conformity classes, amongst others, for unification of the data exchange.
This standard has been prepared by NA 128-00-03-03 AK "Merkmallisten Werkzeuge und Werkzeughalter" ("List of properties for tools and tool holders") of the Product Property Standards Committee (NSM).
