Abstract
This standard specifies the mechanical properties of parts for bolted connections, which are used in safety relevant areas at service temperatures in the range of - 200 °C and + 700 °C and have to fulfil special requirements for ductility at low temperature and strength at high temperature. In addition to DIN EN ISO 898-1, DIN EN ISO 898-2, DIN EN ISO 3506-1, and DIN EN ISO 3506-2, the fasteners described in this document are primarily used at operating temperatures below −50 °C or above +150 °C.
