This committee develops standards on the technical delivery conditions for mechanical fasteners made of stainless steels and non-ferrous metals. For screws, nuts and other fasteners, the chemical analyses and mechanical properties are specified, and the test procedures are determined, with the help of which the monitoring can be assured and the compliance with these characteristics can be ascertained.
