Overview
The EN 4500 series specifies the rules for the drafting and presentation of metallic material standards for aerospace applications. This part specifies the "Specific rules for filler metals for brazing". The standard EN 4500-006 has been prepared by the ASD-STAN of the AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD) with the participation of German experts at DIN Standards Committee Aerospace (NL). The responsible German standardization committee is Working Committee NA 092-00-17 AA "Schweißen im Luft- und Raumfahrzeugbau (DVS AG A 9)" ("Welding in aerospace (DVS AG A 9)") at DIN Standards Committee Aerospace (NL).
