Overview

This standard establishes a method for the determination of clostridia in paper, board, solid board and corrugated board. The scope covers the use of these materials as food packaging materials, uncoated and intended for the packaging of non-prepackaged foodstuffs intended for direct ingestion or consumption. This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 074-02-01 AA "Chemisch-technologische Prüfverfahren für Papier, Pappe, Faserstoff und Chemiezellstoff" ("Chemical-technological test methods for paper, board, pulps and chemical pulps") at DIN Standards Committee Paper, board and pulps (NPa).
