Overview
This standard provides an overview of the subject of cloud computing and contains a number of definitions of terms as well as key characteristics, service categories, deployment aspects and cross-cutting aspects. It thus provides the terminological basis for standards on cloud computing. This standard is applicable to all types of organizations (for example commercial enterprises, government agencies, not-for-profit organizations).
