NA 043-03-01 AA "Texte presentation" (NIA-03-01) secifies the essential requirements for text presentation in Germany. Especially for commercial purposes rules for dictation, writing and layout of text, for alphabetical order and for the layout of masters and preprints for letters are set. These rules derive from operating experience and the congnition from rationalization. They presume the character inventory of the standards on aplhanumerical key boards for data and word processing.
