Abstract
This document specifies the test parameters for verifying the basic dynamic load rating of a linear guideway with compact ball or roller carriages in accordance with DIN ISO 14728-1. This document is used exclusively for the experimental verification of the basic dynamic load rating of linear guideways with compact ball or roller carriages, hereinafter referred to as linear guideways. The specification of the basic dynamic load rating in accordance with DIN ISO 14728-1 in conjunction with the clearly defined influencing factors b m and λ serves as the basis. The procedure described in this document cannot be used for the experimental determination of a dynamic load rating. For example, the design and arrangement of the test setup are not included in this document. In addition, the scope of testing described in this document is not sufficient for the experimental determination of a dynamic load rating.
