This document is applicable to UV devices with UV medium pressure lamps for disinfection in drinking water treatment. This document is not applicable to systems for the treatment of drinking water in potable water installations. This document has been prepared by DIN-DVGW Joint Working Committee NA 119-07-15 AA "Desinfektionsverfahren" ("Disinfection methods") at DIN Standards Committee Water Practice (NAW).
