Abstract
The TR describes the following aspects of rate of change of Wobbe Index in the gas infrastructure: - dynamics of the gas grid operation and the effect on gas quality variations in time - origins rate of change (RoC) - related aspects of other gas quality properties than Wobbe Index - impact of RoC on different end-user types - mitigation possibilities and strategies - and other relevant aspects e.g. reference to general regulatory questions
