Rigid Wall and Floor entries for the Gas and Water Supply - Part 1: Requirements and Examinations
Abstract
The future standards DIN 3587-1 and DIN 3587-2 will replace the still existing DVGW test specification VP 601 "Gas and water house service lines". The content of VP 601 will be completely revised and brought up to date. The topic of hydrogen will also be taken into account. DIN 3587-1 applies to the requirements and tests for serice lines, while part 2 specifies the requirements for conformity assessment. After publication of these standards, DVGW test specification VP 601 will be withdrawn.
