Overview
This document on information, advice, and placement services for personal and household services defines standards for information, advice, and placement that are applicable across all providers. The central aim is to create transparency, establish quality standards, and make it possible for clients to make independent choices and decisions. This document is intended to help increase acceptance of personal and household services and to promote market development. This document specifies requirements for processes and procedures with regard to information about, advice on, and placement of personal and household services. In addition, this document defines uniform terminology and transparent reference processes or procedure models that also include recommendations for action. This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 159-08-03 AA "Personen- und haushaltsbezogene Dienstleistungen" ("Personal and household services") at DIN Standards Committee Services (NADL).
