NA 159-01-24 AA "Online reputation" is responsible for the preparation of standards and specifications in the subject area of the same name, both at national and at European and international level. In particular, it reflects the work of ISO/TC 290 "Online reputation". The committee has supported in the development of the International Standard ISO 20488 "Online consumer reviews - Principles and requirements for collection, moderation and delivery processes for online consumer reviews". Several members of the national committee participated as experts in the international working group.
