a) to assist CEN/TC 320 Chair and Vice-Chair and Secretary in tasks concerning coordination,planning and steering of the TC's work in the field of postal services; b) to consider the strategy and efficiency of the CEN/TC 320: - Revision of the Business Plan; - Revision of the key documents and permanent decisions (if any); - Identification of stakeholders and review of liaisons; - Decision of overlapping or non allocated work (when needed); - Maintenance and reinforcement of the partnership with UPU, thanks to bi-annual meetings between both organizations; - Decision of any concern raised by CEN/TC 320/WGs to discuss and prepare the decisions of CEN/TC 331 Plenary meeting
